NB Interiors, LLC was formed in 2005 as the management team of Nitti Brothers Construction recognized the special nature of tenant build out. Most building contractors treat TI’s as a “by product” of their shell work. NB Interiors was established to properly address the special requirements of tenant construction. The segregation of the two companies allows for individuals with the specific talent level to completely focus on just tenant improvements while providing an exceptional product and experience. In its short time, NB Interiors, LLC has already received awards for its work on Camelback Title and Equitable Real Estate, which won the Presidents Choice Award and the Designers Choice Award respectively at the International Design Association’s annual PRIDE Awards.
